The items arrived brand new in sealed condition. No issues in the quality. The shipment took a long time to arrive than what was told. It may not the seller's fault, but the USPS shipping was very slow.

They work great, except the brush heads don't fully fit onto Oral-B devices—even though this exact product is labeled by Oral-B as a direct fit. I've seen people claim these are cheap knockoffs with fake logos, since so many users report fit issues with Oral-B heads. But I can say with confidence: this is genuine. For whatever reason, Oral-B's own replacement heads don't seem to fit properly. That said, even though the brushes don't snap on completely, they still function perfectly.

The flossing pieces fell off within the first week of using the new brush head. I was suddenly choking on rubber. What in the world!!
