So far so good. Easy to pair. We have had to replace the batteries a couple times in a year. The buttons are somewhat different from the original but has the voice command button. Very user friendly. For the price verses what the name brand would have cost was a no brainer.
Pointer and voice features do not work on my 2024 model LG TV (this is a 2023 remote), everything else works well. I didn't know what year my TV was until writing this review, and this is expected (though searching online it looks like newer remotes usually work with older TVs, but I cannot confirm this personally). This was still worth the low price to replace the original remote. It is significantly lighter than the LG original remote.
This remote works great. I put batteries in it and it just hooked up automatically to the TV. It was very easy to hook up. Drear replacement remote for when our other one had been broken.
4 stars only because it is to soon to know how the overall performance will be after using for a reasonable amount of time. I believe you would get better and more accurate reviews if you gave your consumers a little more time to use the product.
Didn't come with instructions to program correctly. Can't bring up the arrow on TV like my old one. Just basic functions.

The remote worked for some of the functions but not all. We ordered it for the voice option and was not impressed with how it worked. The number pad was at the bottom which I thought was awkward to use. Needed 2 hands when using the number pad. It was very easy to sync to my tv.
The remote does not work properly and there is no return option. You cannot point to the screen to select items as the indicator on the screen moves in random ways. It is very difficult to use.
This is not voice activated. As advertised.
