needed an additional remote for our firestick. this remote was easy to pair with our firestick and now my wife has her own remote that she can use ( and forget where she left it), and i can use mine that i allways leave in the same spot. now everybody gets to watch tv (and i know where the remote is).
My old one would stick and do random actions. I ordered this one as a replacement. Works perfectly.
No batteries included although they should have been
When I use on my Fire Stick, I get a message on my tv that the Fire Stick is updating, but it doesn't. I've googled and haven't found a solution other than the remote need to match exactly to your Fire Stick model. The work around is you click the back button on the remote and then the remote works fine and you get used doing that when you turn on the tv.
