Item came exactly as pictured and works better than I expected. My bearded dragon really likes it, just don't put it too close because the heat is nice and concentrated.

It's ok for the money , only complaint one of the light bulbs burned out 2 weeks after I got it .

I don't know if I'm going to keep this or not. It doesn't put out enough heat for my tortoise. I have to check to see if I can safely use a different heat bulb with this lamp. The clip on it is very sturdy and difficult to open so I trust it will stay put. The flexible neck is also very rigid but I would think this would become easier with use. It would be a great lamp for plants but I don't need it for that. It's a lot of money for a lamp that doesn't do what I bought it for.

i hate the timer that's built in. it doesn't come back on the same time the next day and it won't work plugged into an external timer. you have to reset it each morning for a max of 8 hours veggie before it shuts off again. it's irritating

When you screw the bulb into the socket the thing that holds it in place came untwisted with the bulb. I had to rig it to stay
