I would recommend this product
I find after 3 months a definite positive result as my lungs are clearer and I am able to in hale deeply. Do the three month protocol would be my suggestion

Used for lung support don't if it really works but that's the reason I bought become I have breathing problems and smoking on top trying to counter act bad habit.
