I immediately felt a big difference on the 1st day when noticing that I had a better sense of detail and much less brain fog. Being slightly dyslexic, I was also more at ease when reading my favorite magazine. The 2nd day was even better, brain fog was very minimal and I additionally realized that my level of energy during my 1-hour daily walk had increased: my legs were still very energetic. I could have walked another half hour. Unfortunately, I was not able to prolong my walk as I had things to do but I am considering this moving forward. I definitely recommend PQQ if like me you need to improve your overall motivation!

Best PQQ I've found around! I've always been on the lookout for good pure PQQ for its health benefits for memory and thinking.
