HELPFUL FOR FORGETFULNESS
I work a job with pretty long and grueling hours and I was looking for a supplement to improve my overall. health. I especially wanted one that focuses on promoting energy and brain function after long hours. This PQQ supplement has really helped to improve my overall focus and cognitive abilities. My mind used to become foggy towards the end of the workday, but since starting to use this product, Ive noticed a change for the better as my thinking is much clearer even after a long day of work. As a result, Ive also seen my stress levels decrease quite a bit and my general work productivity increase. Moreover, I have a family history of heart health so Im taking PQQ as a preventative measure as well. As an added bonus, these capsules are very easy to swallow and don't leave a bad aftertaste. I think they come at a great price too for 60 capsules. I am very very pleased with this purchase!
I took PQQ for my mitocondrial an I had more energy in my day by day. I started PQQ with other supplements after I had covid, I had many general benefits but I cannot say how isolated PQQ helped me, but it helped me for sure to overcome the radique and restart a training routine season.
I Believe it is helping the nerve damage in my 3rd through 5th right toes from frostbite nerve damage that happened approximately 10 years ago
