Yes - we've relied on this for years!
My wife and I have taken this supplement for years. I can say, as we are well into our senior years, neither of us take prescription meds. but are doing GREAT! My wife looks about 15 years younger than her age and we both enjoyed our active trip to Paris last summer. It is said, "Over and over again, this supplement has shown what advantageous benefits it provides, namely antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging." Clinically, I can't prove these claims, however, we feel this product has significantly contributed to our overall well being. Yes it isn't the cheapest supplement on the shelf, however, we look at it this way. This, 1) provides the benefits of red wine without the alcohol (we don't drink) ,and 2) it's simply part of our budgeted plan. No, it probably will not change your world overnight but, given time I'm confident you will see it benefits as we do.
