These resistance bands have a good increase of resistance it is easy to step up to the increased level. Well made they don't slip off or move around, I use it for leg strengthening and improving mobility.

I use these a company with my Pilates bar I love them cuz they keep your legs in place where they need to be to build the proper muscle

This is a quality elastic/cloth item. It is not a theraband. My goal was to replace a theraband which tended to roll when placed 4 or 5 inches above the knee. My thigh, above the knee measures 19 1\2 inches. The fixed diameter of these elastic\cloth bands prevents resistance until more fully expanded. They do not provide continuous resistance throughout the movement for me. The light resistance band is not useful at all because of it's diameter. If your individual thigh measurement is greater (like 24 inches or greater) they might work for you. They do not roll, are well made, and designed for people with a thigh measurement at or above 24 inches at 4 inches above the knee.

The bands are very short so if you have big thighs these will not work unless legs are together. The lightest one is heavy and if your stance is feet apart you cannot use them

They are not enough expanding neither creating resistance at all. I don't recommend it
