Worked really well for training and strengthening upper and lower body. They stretch out after awhile but they work good for awhile at least.

I ordered the pink resistance bands but received the bands of primary colors. I've also tried to go to the website to download the books that was stated in the stated in the add. I received an error message every time that I tried to go to the website.

Very thin low resistance but good for beginners

The bands are flimsy. Tried using them for my workout and neither of them stay in place. I'm so disappointed. Going to return them. Didn't receive any booklet with the bands.
