Cat peed on my brand new $4000 leather freaking sofa! Used everything I had in the house under the cushio to help. Threw open my Walmart Plus app.. paid upgraded delivery fee. This amazing product was deliveredto my porch AND took care iof the issue. The"magic urine syrum" really is MAGIC! I may buy stock just because of how much I appreciated this product.

The dislike is the shopper experience. One bottle of two was pin-hole cracked in the bottle under the label and leaked in the delivery packaging and all over the under-cabinet.

While it did not immediately remove the smell of cat pee from our foster cat, on the second application the smell was basically gone. Other products tried did not work as well as resolve.

This was a practical purchase and Walmart used a “less than” professional carrier to make this delivery: 1. They sent a message that it was placed in “mail receptacle”. It won't go in my mailbox! 2. When I reported it was not delivered, they kept sending the same message saying “Delivered” 3. Then they Sent a photo of a delivery on my doorsteps that couldn't possibly be the gas. It shows 2 thin boxes. 4. Walmart wouldn't address the issue after repeated calls and promises to send, gift cards with FAKE PROMO NUMBERS, LIED ABOUT IMMEDIATE CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT, , and after the fourth call to the 800 number I finally just today, 14 days later, received credit for the missing item!

If you have an incontinent pet, you NEED this! ALSO if you have an incontinent family member, this is such a help! Spray their clothing, let sit a couple of minutes before putting in the wash cycle. We have a cloth chair they like. I use it on that as well. Trying to keep that “assisted living smell” out of my house!

okay I have not found this to take out stains on carpet or furniture. it has not removed the odor either.. however my dog wet on my pure White down comforter and this took it right out I didn't have to take it to the dry cleaner this worked beautifully and for that alone it gets five stars

came damaged do to multiple heavy items in the same box.

I never received yet I am being asked to review my purchase. Not a happy customer. First it was delayed and now sais delivered but I have not gotten.
