Helpful- immune boost
I do believe this has helped with lil Miss sneezing and removing mucus. She has chronic upper respiratory infection that is challenging to keep at bay. I will purchase another bottle. Great immune support ingredients that I trust as a homeopathic.

bought on recommendation from NHV did not expect to get rid of cough but thought it would soothe coughing. it did not . solution was difficult to get out of bottle . dont expect miracle
