Tight seal and price is a little heavy at first, but with time on replacement filters ands and pushing through the suffocating feeling (plenty of oxygen but feels constrained) then it's a good product. I use it regularly when working with aerosol and now, honestly, cleaning products too. Apparently cleaning products are just as bad if not worse than cigarettes with their volatile compounds in the air. N95 mask didn't do anything for me, but this helps me not cough my lungs out after cleaning my ventless restroom filled with the fumes of 409 and Windex.

Good fit, good filter. You can breath nicely while wearing it also.

Its Feb 2020 OK, these are sized S, M, and L, this one is medium. About 80% people can wear this size. The other sizes are a little different in price. The other thing that affect price are the filters. This one comes with P100 filters which are currently over $10 alone. You might want to purchase some of those too. At the time of my purchase this was a good deal. The picture is a little misleading, the P100 filters are pink not white. This is a half face respirator, meaning you still need to purchase some eye protection. there are combo kits with goggles, so check those out too. They might work with glasses. These are pretty good for the price and better than disposable, soft plastic touches your skin and the strap are OK, maybe a little lite weight but adjustment is good. My one complaint with this mask are those straps, not intended for heavy re-use.

I recently did some DIY plumbing repairs to our guest bathroom sink and discovered the leak disintegrated the particle board cabinet floor. After puncturing the particle board with my elbows repeatedly, I decided to remove and replace it only to discover MOLD! Fearing it might be the dreaded black mold kind, I quit working and looked for a respirator I could use. I found the 3M brand, which I hoped I could trust since it's a brand with which I'm familiar. The unfortunate issue was that it was not available at my local Walmart, so I had to order it, but the good news was that it was available for free pick-up. I did have to wait a few days, but when it arrived, I used it that same day and was able to complete the removal AND use a lot of bleach without smelling it at all! At first I thought the bleach was diluted too much, but when I removed my respirator, I noticed the overwhelming bleach odor. GREAT respirator! I couldn't tell you if the mold was really filtered out of my breathable air, since I didn't do any kind of scientific testing before, during, or after the project.

This works wonderfully for removing all smells and particles!! The elastic does not last very long though which is why I rated it 3 stars. Besides the elastic, it fits well and is the best mask I have used.
