- Restoration System Repair Cracks Clean Match Change Grout Color-

I wanted to update my bathroom and my floor tile grout was actually dark brown...and it was originally a color called Linen. I had tried every kind of cleaner, including bleach. I had also contacted a grout restoration company--one I had used on my tile downstairs, but it was going to be expensive. I read the reviews of this product and decided to give it a try--one last attempt! I used this product before Christmas, and now almost 4 months later, it looks exactly as it did when I finished! It was easy to use. I just followed the video instructions on the Grout Shield website and did it myself in one day.

Not sure what the below reviewer did wrong as I have used this in multiple areas and the color cannot peel. It is a stain that absorbs and seals into existing grout. My last application in my kitchen was about 5 years ago. Bottles go very far and I redid again this weekend with the same bottle. My stone floor looks brand new again and so clean! Well worth the money!

Color sealing has its place but on open floors, kitchens, walkways, and baths. Eventually, the product uplifts and peels causing unsightly appearance and leaving a consumer with sometimes nothing to do. The perfect situation would be an incoming buyer on a new home. Grout color sealing products (any) are great for areas above 3 floors where professional tile and grout cleaning equipment cant reach. Decorative areas as well. This product is just like any other color sealer produced. It makes promises of keeping your floor looking like new as well as easy care easy maintenance. Color sealer is topical. Unfortinately this product will eventually peel uplift.
