Restored 2014 Apple iPad mini Wi Fi 16 GB Space Gray (3rd Generation) (Refurbished)

So far hard I'm pleased with it. I'm having to download apps for my grandchildren and make sure it's compatible with the things that they are doing on it now. I will update this review after a while.

I received this item in about 5 days. Everything worked perfectly. I set up this ipad for my 94 year old sister-in-law who is confined to a nursing home with no visitors. I also set up a gmail address and a facebook account for her. I sent friend requests to her children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews across the country. Since she has never had an ipad, only a flip phone, I took pictures from her facebook account and made a small instruction booklet on how to access facebook and operate the ipad. I also set up phone numbers in her contact list so she can facetime with her relatives. I locked the screen so it won't rotate on her. Her ipad is scheduled to be delivered today and she already has many hello's and pictures on her accouont from her relatives. She is excited about receiving it today. Two months ago my son received a baby blanket for his new son that his Aunt Jean had just crocheted for him. Her biggest concern is that she hasn't been able to have her hair fixed in a month... I can send an update and let you know she likes her ipad...

My daughter simply loves this tablet. I didn't wont to take the chance of purchasing an iPad at its original price for a 3 year old, so I purchased a refurbished tablet and it works as well as a brand new mini. Bravo! I will absolutely purchase another refurbished item from this seller.

Have had this item about 2 1/2 months and have had absolutely no issues. No system issues came with no cosmetic damage and holds a charge. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

this is a generation 3 Apple iPad Mini. that means it is no longer supported by Apple. and that means you can no longer download any apps from the Apple Store, and most of the apps that you try to download will not be compatible with this device. the hardware works great, the apps included in the device are quite useful, but don't expect a full iPad experience.

I brought this iPad for my 4 year old brother with hopes he could stop using my phone for his entertainment. So I tried to download all his games on it, but as soon as I started downloading the first games I noticed how slow the iPad was moving. It was lagging and the games would take forever to load. He also uses it for FaceTime, but with that he doesn’t get any notifications that people are calling and he also doesn’t get text messages. When he’s on FaceTime it randomly goes back to the home screen while the person on the line says it reads “poor connection” on their end. I understand it’s refurbished so it’s not brand new but I wasn’t expecting so many issues. I should’ve just brought it from the Apple store.

Bought for my daughter she had it for 3 weeks and the Screen has lines down the middle of it took it in to see if I could get that fixed and they told me you’d be $300 I don’t recommend this company or this store because they don’t come with a warranty where you can return it after 90 days or before 90 days

This iPad mini 3 does not download many apps due to inability to update to any software above 12.5. Apps don’t open at all or will take very long to open and are glitchy and slow. RETURN was very DIFFICULT and NOT FREE. I had to pay $15 for shipping it back. Seller refused to pay shipment

iPad worked fine for a little bit now apps won’t load. When you click on them, they just pop up black and iPad moves very slow even with update, cleaning off apps, cleaning memory etc. called tekreplay and they were no help. She told me the warranty is only 60 days unless you purchase directly from them I guess (their website says one year). So it would’ve been nice for them to take that into account and at least attempt to assist. I personally wouldn’t order from them again! I ordered from another vendor and haven’t had any issue with the iPad I received but this one was not quality, even for refurbished.

Received iPad yesterday charged device to 100% overnight within seconds it is at 0% and won’t power on
