Restored 2016 Apple 9.7-in iPad pro Wi Fi 32 GB Silver (Refurbished)

I cannot tell this is refurbished. Works great and not a scratch on it.

Great item understood refurbished but wasn’t aware it wouldn’t come with Apple accessories but generic ones Other than that so far so good

If by refurbished, you meant "battery completely shot and unable to take a charge and with an incompatible charging block"...then yes, I was happy. But...that's not what I meant. Terrible customer service, won't buy anything from Texas Depot ever again. My recommendation? - Hard pass.

It didn’t even come in the original box, when I saw it it had multiple scratches and dents, in the speakers it had a lot of crust inside possibly dirt, very disgusting quality on the back of the iPad it has a literal hole and around the edges it was scratched aswell badly

Unit inoperable out of the box. Wall plug/USB adapter came to us melted and in two pieces. Substituted good wall adapter and unit just 'bings' but never powers up. Unit came from Certified Refurbished and purchased through the Walmart website but the info card inside of the box states to contact Amazon. Bought this for my adult daughter - Seeking a replacement ASAP

Why was my iPad scratch and treated horribly

I bought and iPad Pro that included the Apple Pencil but guess what it was no pencil just charger that wasn't promised was sent but guess what people it didn't work I called Walmart and I got run around from them as well I'm usually not this type of customer but how long can you be nice too a people that act like your making it up I'm mean really how long? When it's right in your face that the accessories was included 😅 I received a $30 refund because they couldn't get in touch with the seller after a week oh ok smh I will FOREVER choose Amazon hands down every time “forget”(that's the word their system let use instead) WALMART ONLINE AND THE 3rd PARTY BS. It's not right to say but it's REAL I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW BUT I Don't WANT NOBODY TOO EXPERIENCE THE CRAP I JUST WENT THROUGH . I TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE

The product had minor scratches on the edges, nothing to harsh to worry about. There was also a very small dent in the back of the iPad, once again not too harsh to worry about. The biggest issue was IT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE!!! The moment you plug it up, it will cut on and cut right back off waste of time.

set an ad it came with pencil so I wrote the company because it didn't come with one they said it was not included even though the ads stated it was included and when I tried to use the tablet the battery died within 30 minutes would not hold a charge very unsatisfied would not buy again

This is my last time buying refurbished products from Walmart. I bought a MacBook and I bought this iPad. The iPad fingerprint button does not work. It cuts off at a full charge while it's on the charger and then comes back on the MacBook moves extremely slow.
