Restored Apple 12.9-inch iPad Pro (WiFi, 128GB) - Space Gray (Refurbished)

When I received the item I noticed it was not what was pictured. I accepted that just needed it for streaming and books. When I fully charged it to 100% the battery died with in an hour and I was not even on it for an hour. This company should be banned from selling on Walmart because they are dishonest and do not answer you when you are contacting them to let them know your experience. Please read the reviews because I wish I did and I usually do.

The listing was for a 5th gen ipad pro 12.9 but instead I received a 1st gen ipad pro. Returned to local Walmart but they sat 3rd party seller has to process refund once they receive the return shipment. That was about 2 weeks ago and still no refund.

I bought the iPad that is depicted and described, the 5th generation iPad pro with the M1 chip. It was on sale for about $250 which seemed like a great deal. I received a 2nd generation iPad pro. I contacted the seller with this mistake and they insisted that the listing isn't for the 5th generation ipad although that is what's depicted and described. Even when I provided screenshots of the item as listed they refused to acknowledge the error. I've since returned the iPad, so I guess if it's too good to be true, it actually is.

What a joke of a company they send me a wrong Ipad a Gen 1 Ipad when I am surpose to have q M1 chip in it. The Ipad does not work. They won't answer my email even phone calls.

Sold as 5th gen. Got 1st gen.
