Another ipad

Received was Ipad Air 16GB, no box, no charger and cable. Supposed to be for Thanksgiving gift to my grandchildren, so I returned it.

UNHAPPY
When i received the ipad i changed it for a hour it still didn't come on,so i let it stayed on the changer overnight the next morning it still didn't come on .Now im waiting for a refund.
