sorry for late review. they arent very loud. my daughter has hard time hearing them even when she adjusted the settings on them. not sure if im able to get a replacement or not.

So close, so far
The unit was refurbished but didn't come with the medium eartips. The large are a little too big and now I need to get replacements.

I'm very irritated because i ordered three sets of Apple air pods 3rd generation and not only were they late, two days after Christmas was the date given after checkout, Two weeks after Christmas they finally arrived
