packaging could've been better but it works just fine, i would recommend getting it in the store.

These looked soooooo bad. They had scuffs alllllll over them. I was so embarrassed to try to gift them. Huge disappointment. If they are going to look like they got ran over they should be like 50 bucks.

Purchased pods on a refurbished status, however, they were received well used, filthy, ear wax noted, and wear and tear on case. My wife tried to clean, and she was disgusted and decided she would not put in her ears. As a positive note, the items were accepted back and I was timely reimbursed.

Didn't connect no matter what I did so I had to return it

AirPods kept disconnecting after 10-30 seconds of connecting

Both pairs are broken and we've never got to use them.

I know this is a refurbished item but it still should have worked properly. However, straight from the box there were 2 issues. 1- the AirPods case was dirty

The item was returned defective. The AirPods wouldn't work unless the case was as open. When I troubleshoot it told me that the case itself was faulty. So I shipped them back.

The left earbud is disconnecting and then sometimes both disconnect… we have to put them back in the case to reconnect only for the left (and/or both) to disconnect again. Super irritating!
