Extremely Disappointing – Won't Charge at All
I just received my AirPods Max, and straight out of the box, they won't charge. They've been stuck at 1% for the last 24 hours, no matter what I do. I've tried multiple chargers and cables, but nothing works. For a product at this price point, this is completely unacceptable. I expected premium quality, but instead, I got a defective product. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning or replacing them. Very disappointed!
