It's a good working iPad but it is one that won't update past the iOS 9.3..... It's exactly what we didn't want because some of our apps on other iPads won't work because it can't update to current iOS. We are keeping it as it does work, there was no damage, and it arrived with charger.

Purchased as a gift. Looks exactly as pictured, really nice.

Wish I had known ahead of time that many of the apps I wanted were unavailable because the IOS was only 9.35 and I could not update to the latest ISO.

My grandsons just opened these for Christmas and there no good. I went Apple store and called them and they said should not be on the market there so out dated and had to many I'd on there so they couldn't set them up. Now I can't reach the company.

Very old tablet! Won't be able to download anything.

Screen cracked and will not set up

This item looked perfect besides the charger port looked to be tampered with but,it still charged so I was ok. But, within 8 days of use with an outterbox it STOPPED WORKING the screen went off and never can bk on!! I called the # provided by seller I was told if I cleared all data I should be able to get a full refund well I called APPLE bc the screen wouldn't come and Idk any other way the get it cleared besides see if they could do a master reset by using the Serial number!! Let's just say it was a mess spend the extra money and buy NEW.. If I receive a refund that's what I'll do

The condition was terrible. i immediately noticed numerous defects that affected the functionality of the iPad. The end result was sending it back for refund

This was a refurbished iPad and it didn't work correctly! Kept freezing up and had to constantly restart. It was returned.
