I love my IPad4. It has been so much easier to use than my old tablet. I have had no problems with it. I could not afford to buy a new one. I was a little concerned about a refurbished one. I can't believe how long the battery lasts. Thank you for having such a wonderful product for so much less money. I will come back to Walmart.com again for sure!!!!!!

These guys saved the day for our company.. We were having trouble getting eight of these and the seller stepped up and got them to us. Communication over the phone and via email was outstanding. Very responsive. The sales team are in the field making money with their ipads. Quality is very good as well.

The iPad was like new. Setup was easy and the new update worked well. This is the second refurbished iPad I purchased and they both worked like new.

I actually these tablets for my grand babies Christmas gift. So, I have not actually used them. However, they did connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It has really fast speed. And, another plus, I didn't think it would've been able to get FaceTime since it doesn't have cellular connectivity but it did. That was a big surprise for me. Now they can FaceTime their grandma.

Overall enjoyed giving this as a gift. However, the charging cable came completely frayed and damaged. To the point it is unsafe to use. Thats not fun when giving a gift. We didnt know until after because we didnt open the package. Quality control on that part was lacking for sure.

I have bought many refurbished iPads, I purchased two and they are by far the worst quality I have seen. The screens are completely scratched and body dinged. It looks like a 2 year old took them to play soccer on a driveway!! I did not even try to turn them on, returning asap!!!! Do not purchase from this company through Walmart!!

I was under the impression when I'm spending $200 on a refurbished item that it would look like new. I was sadly mistaken, the ipad came with a huge crack across the top of it and the screen was scratched horribly. I am extremely disappointed in this.

Walmart says they have a picture of pouch and won't send to me . Said they can't refund me that I have to go through my bank to get the money back . And the package no where to be found . I look all the way around my house and mail box .not there and the woman was rude . What is this world coming. Don't order a thing from Walmart
