This iPad was in awesome condition when it arrived. I had no trouble setting it up. It came on time. My kid loves it!

I love this iPad but not enough memory. Have to buy one with at least 32 Gb of memory to be effective.

I was very nervous about purchasing refurbished items, but order 2 of them for my 2 and 4 year olds. I order two 16gbs and they gave me 2 32gbs that looked completely brand new. Only had for a couple days so far very satisfied and will purchase from Jem jem again. One recommendation to company is to have the iPads charged before packaging.

Very slow with charging takes about 7 hours to get battery on 100%. Also the tablet software is unable to update to current Apple software which gives you limited access to certain apps. Would not recommend these tablets might return them , purchased them for my daughters 13

the iPad product is great, but their support is terrible. 3- days after Christmas the screen cracked and Apple wants $300 to repair. Apple support refuses to repair under their warranty as their say it was our fault. Supposedly, we dropped something on it, which we didn't. We have 4-Iphones and a MAC. Probably the last Apple product I'll ever buy. Beware******
