Looks new I just couldn't set up an iCloud for my little sister so I'll just let her use mines that's the only problem there was.

Outdated iOS good device
The device was fine, fast shipping. The only downside is it cannot update beyond iOS 10.3. So it does not support updated apps. Most things require iOS 11 or greater.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY!!! They shoved the two I ordered into a box that they didnt fit in with no information about the order so Walmart wont return my money. These were WAY worse that scratch and dent, one even had a horribly placed dirty sticker covering the back and blocking he serial number! Walmart should not sell items from this seller at all as they cannot even package items properly!!!!!

THE PACKAGE WAS LOOSE IN THE BOX, AND THE PADS WERE SCRATCHED, I HAD TO BUY SCREEN PROTECTORS FOR THEM, I CAN'T RETURN THEM IS GUESS.
