But Apple did. We upgraded from an original iPad to this. What an incredible difference. It's like going from an Apple II to a Mac. We still have an iPad to for direct comparison as well. If you own last year's model, probably not yet worth upgrading, but if you have any iPad that still has a doc connector instead of a Lightning, you'll definitely see a difference.

The ipad air is phenomenal. If I had one complaint, it's that Apple,did not include the fingerprint technology with this ipad. The whole reason Apple went to the A7 chip was, in part, to have this technology. They cheaper out and wanted to rush the new ipad air into production. That aside, IMO, the new ipad is finally worth EVERY PENNY

I am very pleased with the purchase of this Ipad. Since I already have an Iphone, setting up the Ipad was a breeze. All I needed to do was back up my phone, and then open the cloud in the Ipad and all my apps, etc. synced for me. You do have to allow your contacts, etc., to transfer.

I've owned an original iPad, iPad 2, 3 and mini so I've gotten to try nearly all of the models out there. I have to say that the iPad Air is at least if not more of an impressive improvement over the previous model as going from the original to the iPad 2. I sold my iPad 3 after I just couldn't get over how heavy it was. I could only read in bed for ten to twenty minutes before my hands could barely hold it up. And if you dropped it that's big thump to the head! After a while I got a mini and was quite happy with it, but I immediately noticed the lower resolution. Once I got a new phone and saw how fast it was compared to the mini it made me decide to give the Air a try. At first going from a mini back to a full iPad was a lot like the reverse of when the mini came out, "it's just a bigger iPad mini." The Air's screen won me first then the speed and responsiveness and soon. I was enjoying that extra screen space and I found I had stopped using my mini altogether. I've been loving my new iPad Air. If it wasn't for the price I'd say it's done just about everything right.

I bought this ipad air for my son 's birthday i had first ipad2 which is also working good but i see little problem with ipad air it got little hot after use sometime i checked on apple support form many people have this issue so i don't know what i have to say about this but looks great shape.

It is a good product for email a web browsing. It is excellent for texting family and friends. It cost way too much should be $300. But as long as people buy it in record numbers it will stay high, that is the American way. I like my ipad air and am glad I bought it. I also love living in the USA. thomas

I love the ipad air....definitely a big step from my old ipad2. The graphic is superb and definitely faster and lighter then my previous model. The thin and small comes with cons as well. I have the black model and I think it's a little to slippery. The narrow bezels makes it difficult to hold in portrait mode though.

Could’ve been more detailed in the description I can’t do 90% of the stuff I got it for I can go online and go to YouTube but can’t download the app it’s severely outdated but in great condition and shipped fast but way to old to do some of the basic things I got it for I got what I ordered though I should’ve done more research first though and I would’ve been happy.

Even though it is used. I feel the need to say you legit can’t do anything on the ipad due to all the apps needing to work on way newer iOS software and due to that it is useless. I needed it for drawing but I’m not even able to download any apps because the ipad doesn’t support newer ios updates. Grant it. It was my fault for not doing any research on the type of ipad. Just feel like it shouldn’t have been an option to buy when it’s not usable.
