It came on time and looked new in the box.

As described but the Apple ID won't sync

It was so old that I couldn't even hook it up to wifi and let my son use it for games and YouTube! Do not buy these! I know they are cheap but you won't be able to even use it when you get it! Spend the extra money to get one that will for sure work!

This was a complete waste of money. 1) you cannot sign into any iCloud account. So basically you cant download anything. 2) it cannot download past 12.5.7 It's and expensive paperweight I got this for my daughter for Christmas and I can't even set the thing up because it's not compatible with the current network. Yeah imma need my money back.

We cannot get in touch with the seller. We cannot download even one app because it says storage is full. Completely dissatisfied with our purchase and want to return the item, but cannot get a response from the seller. We are very unhappy with Walmart for trusting this seller who clearly is terrible.

I wanted to return the ipads because i cant download really anything i messaged the seller and didnt get a response at all and that was like 2weeks ago i wont order from this seller again

it wont connect to internet. so i cant even set it up. I've tried everything to connect. messaged them about a return and 5 days later still no reply. Never again will i buy from them
