I was a bit nervous when I purchased it being it’s older and all the other reviews aren’t the best. However, this iPad runs pretty good. It charges pretty fast, and has pretty much all features of any other IOS. It came with a screen protector (on the iPad), the black case, stylus pen, and charger. I couldn’t add iCloud backup using my IPhone 11 Max Pro but it was needed for a update which I’m running now and going to try downloading certain apps.

I bought this tablet for my 10 yr old son who has picked up an interest in drawing/animation. After researching several different brands, I selected this one due to Google searches and reviews on Walmart's site. The tablet was nicely packaged, arrived on time and contained all of the advertised components. Although there were several reviews about scratches and other cosmetic damages, the tablet we received showed minimal signs of wear and tear and was perfect for my son. He uses it everyday and so far, he hasn't experienced any issues at all.

This bundle is the best bang for your buck. Everything works great. I did end up buying a keyboard case so that I can use this iPad like a laptop. Otherwise it came with everything that I would want in an iPad bundle. This is one of the original IPad Airs but with the updates it works like new.

The refurbished iPad Air looks and functions just like brand new with more memory the very my previous iPad Air. Very easy to use and operate. Extremely easy to handle and lightweight. You can take it on to go without any problems. Im very pleased

First my main complaints: If there is a way to update it beyond iOS 12 IIts a great tablet for the price. That being said, you can find the same iPad model on EBay for about $70 less if you dont need the bundle. The front and rear facing cameras are take surprisingly nice quality photos that are almost on par with my iPhone XS. The tempered glass protector has a nice feel to it and the case is sturdy. Its easy to link your existing Apple account, making data and photo gallery sharing a breeze. Ive yet to figure it out. Which wouldnt be an issue since most apps I need seem to work on the older operating system. However I purchased this tablet solely for drawing and have found I cant download Procreate as it requires iOS 13 or newer. Also its fairly slow at times. Not terribly but some games will crash almost instantly and even the Photo Booth app tends to close down. When I took off the case there was a large scar on the finish that goes down to the bare metal. (Will add photos later if able.)

DO NOT BUY! I read the reviews and thought it was just certain people who didn't like it but no definitely do not buy. This is not what it is advertised as it is and I needed it for school but the pictures shows it with the touch ID for the home button but this one came with the old home button. It is not compatible with apple pencil and it is really slow. Very disappointed.

IT WILL NOT UPDATE AND USAGE IS LIMITED. THE WEBSITE STATES THAT "CRACKED SCREENS" ARE COVERED HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is almost a complete scam. Do not buy this specific listing. I ordered this iPad Air “refurbished” and it was nothing like I was expecting. I should’ve read the bad reviews before purchasing. First of all they put it in an iPad Pro box that it wouldn’t even sit in properly and it was just odd looking. This was supposed to be a gift. It had the cheapest case possible on it with the cheapest charging cord, charging block and stylus possible. I turned on the iPad and was able to log into my apple account but the actual software on the ipad is so out dated that you can’t download any newer version apps onto it without by passing the App Store and using iTunes. It’s not even worth it. Lastly I tried charging the iPad with at least 4 different chargers and it would not charge at all. I returned this the same day I received it because it wasn’t even worth messing with. I suppose this would be a good buy for someone that wants a cheap iPad for minimal tasks or just for kids.

Bought 3 of these for me and my grandsons. Very disappointed in the product. When watching a video or playing a game, it kicks out and goes back to main screen. Continuously keeps kicking out. I checked for updates and reset the tablet, they still continued to kick out while trying to play game or video.

This device is an iPad Air 1, from 2013/14. Apple generally supports devices for 10 years, so most of this device's support life is behind it.
