I like it. It is in good condition and arrived on time, but fedex workers do not knock on the door and I live in a building that has 4 apartments. for anyone to take.

My Son Had His IPad For About an Week Now And He Loves It Its Definitely The Perfect iPad For It To Be Refurbished I Love It And He Loves it The Only Thing I Dont Like Is That It Takes Too Long To Charger Meaning Sometimes It Acts Like It Doesnt Want To Charge Properly Other Than That The IPad Is Perfect For My 2 Year Old.

This is a very old version that can not be updated. Its great for watching downloaded movies and books. It is very slow to download them and most apps can not even be used. Do not expect a new iPad. The only reason I fated 4 stars is because it has engraving and stickers on the back that can not be removed.

The physical look of the ipad is nice but the battery of it is A no go Even if it is full battery or 90%, 80%, it would suddenly turns off. But if it's charging while you use it, it's ok. So it's not good for travel.

I've purchased so many devices from Walmart website. This is the first defective device. This is the first defective device that I could not get a refund or a replacement. I wanna buy anything else from this merchant again.

I sent it back because it wasn't as described he received it but didn't issue a refund I finally went to Walmart customer service that refunded it back to me and they said they could see no return but I had the tracking number for this that he had received it for this iPad wireless source do no buy from him

Did a return because the version of the iPad wasn't updating. Sent everything back and they said “they didn't receive all items back” I will not be shopping with them again and I will be reporting them to Walmart corporate. 0/10 will not be purchasing again. And the iPad is laggy. I don't recommend buying!

Did not do everything the description said Very disappointed when I received did not have a power cord I called the customer service center to get one and Walmart did not honor this. They said they would contact the third seller. They did not respond back. As an apple user most of my life from using an apple in school and having the very first apple iPhone I have never seen one that was not visually handicap said ready this one doesn't have a very good voice voice over.

I order this as a Chris gift for my grand child. The iPad will not stay on. It keeps cutting off. I have tried to reach out to the seller 6 times leaving my name and number about having it replaced. And Walmart has tried twice to reach them and they are not responding to Walmart either. I paid $164.95 for this iPad and my grand child can not use it. This was a very disappointing Christmas for my grand child. I felt bad. I'm on a fixed income and it took me 4 months to save for this iPad for him. This company is not reliable or stand behind their products. I will be taking this further with help of a friends daughter who works at BBB Better business bureau. Only good thing about this iPad is that it looks new.
