Pocket sized (well cargo pocket anyway) book reader, video and audio playback at a reasonable price. When linked to the phones hotspot have a compact web reader too. Handy for parts lookups

Overall the product works well I only gave it 4 stars bc the battery does not last long at all maybe 2-3 hours which is a short life span for an iPad a new iPad a charge will last a day or so even with constant use. Overall I would recommend purchasing for the price point. I used this for a 4 year old and honestly the battery life is good enough for that.

To difficult to swap old iPad to new iPad and would not up date to most recent systems. My mistake not the vendors but “live and learn”. Never again

Mine came with a broken charging port. It couldn't hold a charge and the shipping too a bit longer than expected and Now I have to return it. I didn't even know you're allowed to sale an item that says refurbished if it has a broken charging port or it can't hold a charge.

I reported this item as not delivered, vendor did an investigation with FEDEX, and they stated I received it EVEN THOUGH I did not. They delivered it to the wrong unit, I even took a picture of my front door with the correct unit number. They didnt replace the item or refund me for the device. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend buying any refurbished items from this vendor.

The iPad was not as described in the ad. It was classified “like new” and it had visible marks all over.
