Restored Apple iPad mini MD531LL/A (16GB, Wi-Fi Only, White / Silver) (Refurbished)

I-Pad arrived very well packed. After being used to our old unit, this one seems like new! My wife says it jumps off of certain games and goes to the start screen. Since it works fine on most games on internet, I don't think it's the pad. It's also nice to have a battery last 0ver 30 Min.

The iPad looks good but I’m a bit disappointed. I didn’t get a actually iPad charger or the box to go with it. I only received a Motorola box with a store bought cord

This iPad is alright. Doesn’t play Pandora because it’s old. The screen is clearly not an original Apple screen because it’s not sharp and looks blurry compared to others. It decent if you want it for basic stuff. But not the best quality. Runs kind of slow too

The IOS can only update at 9.3.5 and most popular apps require IOS 10.1 and above. So now you are stuck with useless apps. If you have kids that are going to be at home school. The Schoology apps that are needed for the class will not be compatible with this ipad.

The product doesn’t allow you to add any apps to it it’s a 1st generation and the only way you can download apps is to update the IOS and the tablet won’t let you and when you try and to return it Walmart states you will have to go through the seller and the seller never replies I have been waiting since the 12th for the seller to respond and haven’t heard anything from them Walmart is allowing them to sell they product on they site Walmart takes the money but Walmart will not give you a refund for the poor quality product that is being sold on they site unless you wait for them to decide when they feel they will allow you to send the product back and get a refund also I was buying this as a Christmas present for my two daughters and my daughters are heartbroken

This iPad is useless! My son is not able to use it for his class work! Also it turns off by its self and will take 15 minutes to turn back on, but it’ll only turn back on when you put it on the charger even though it’s on 100% it’s not capable with any app. I am not happy at all with this iPad! It’s an upset Purchase.

I bought two, neither of them worked at all, so old they can’t download apps or link to our apple ids. Really pathetic they are even able to sell these without making buyers beware. Walmart also told us to deal with a return ourselves and aren’t standing behind the product at all because it’s a third party seller. Be careful when making these purchases.

I ordered a refurbished apple iPad mini, I could not even download any apps on it. It wouldn’t let you updated it even to try and get a higher IOS so that it would support any apps. I returned the item with the three day shipping label they sent me, it’s been almost a week and still haven’t received my refund. No one will respond to you for days at a time by email.
