Fast shipping, that's all it took. It's a cheaper iPad Pro 11' 1st Gen, not the 3rd Gen. And it is a USED one, not Refurbished. Looks fair condition, and the Cheap Accessories that really bother me.

Too bad the warranty arrived expired. It only took 6 months for the battery to be damaged

The screen was scratched, the slides had drop damage, The battery life was bad.

I received an item that has a permanent line across the screen and flickers constantly when I use it. I asked to communicate about the item, was told to wait two days for an email with directions, and have yet to hear from anyone. I understand that it is refurbished. I have purchased refurbished items in the past to rave reviews. I'd like a replacement or a refund. Although, I have had to use it and valuable notes are already on it. I'm afraid it won't last, and I'll lose everything.

Never even set the iPad out made me have to buy a whole new version me a got here before I even got any updates
