Restored Apple iPhone 11 128GB Green Fully Unlocked (Refurbished)

The phone itself arrived in great condition there are no major visible signs of us. The storage is much bigger than my last iPhone. However the battery capacity is only 74% so I know the same issue that occurred when I bought this phone will eventually happen to this one too. The purple is pretty. Oh the most annoying thing was when I inquired kiss electronics the seller of the iPhone about the one her appl warranty that was advertised with purchase suddenly disappeared on the ad literally as I was looking at it. Damn. When I asked the seller when the warranty starts the ad literally changed on my screen and reloaded to an advertisement of this purchased phone without the Apple care warranty for one year attached to the title like it was before it was really odd and bothered me because that's one of the main reasons why I bought this phone from them specifically was to be sure I had a warranty

I ordered this for a replacement for my 85 yr old Momma and it has held to all you said it would. I received it in a timely manner and with no surprises of additional damage other than what was noted in the ad. I would definitely refer this group to anyone looking for an upgrade or replacement but can't afford the wholesale cost. Plus, in these times, why pay wholesale whether you can afford it or not. Buy refurbished from reputable companies. Like Betco Sales.

Phone was sent to me in perfect condition, I don't think I even saw a scratch on the back of the phone which I was definitely expecting. The accessories I can't say that much for because I reached out and it it be known the charging box I got with my bundle doesn't work.

iPhone 11 came today at 10% charged but I let it charge to 100% and so far so good. I was skeptical at first getting a restored iPhone but honestly I'm a lot more happier with it than I thought I would be. It's in excellent condition and will be perfect for a first time phone for my 9 year old. She won't be getting it until Christmas morning but I plan on playing on it a good bit before then to make sure everything's working the way at it should be before the warranty it up. All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

So far my step son loves the set up and easy navigation of his phone. He said your delivery time was awesome he didn't think he would get it so soon. Overall satisfaction!

Everything has gone well & smoothly with transferring my old phone's information. This new device so far seems to work great, and I appreciate all of the accessories that come with it!

Well so far it seems the speaker is not as loud as my old phone when playing music. It came with the wrong charger. Idk if the earbuds work. And I think I can only talk on speaker but it was a bit of a hassle to get set up so now that it's set up after 3 days I'm planning to keep it and hope for the best.

I can't hear holding phone to ear but works fine with speaker phone. Volume is turned all the way up and I can't figure why it sounds muffed, very low so I have to use speaker which is inconvenient when having a private or sensitive conversations. Frustrated to say the least to get it all set up and realize it's flawed sound/volume or whatever it may be because all else good so far expect that and I'd like to have privacy.

Ive been trying to call people and they can not even hear me. I even tried to voice record my self and i couldnt hear anything except me blowing into the mic i am highly disappointed in my purchase i will not reccomend to other people and i will be conducting a refund this is not OK at all Bad for your business

Phone stopped working in less than 6 months. I emailed the company and was told I'd hear back in 72 hours and they never responded. Now I'm out of a phone for my son.
