The battery is amazing lasts me all day not having to plug it in once other than when I settle down for the night. Charging is amazing my old phone took at least 2 hrs to fully charge on a non fast charger this one reaches up to 60 within half an hour

This phone is the perfect size. It would be great for someone with small hands or a young person. Great starter phone, would recommend for that. Only con to this phone is due to the size, doesn't hold a long charge. This phone battery is small. So if you need to use a lot, you'll be charging a lot.

overall I like the phone. but I didn't know that it didn't have a home button, the screen is kinda small but i can manage with it.i appreciate the speed in which it got to me.

Received about a week ago. Just got service switched over today. Everything seems okay so far except the battery is dying extremely quick. Hoping that's just because of everything switching over/high usage due to all the downloading. Will find out tomorrow.

Phone came in fair condition, scratches on the screen and signs of use on the edges especially near the charging parts.

Although I'm very satisfied with my refurbished iPhone 12 mini, I noticed the speakers will lower the volume when I'm playing music, and pick my phone up or bump it. The speakers just don't work very well. Beyond that I'm so happy about my purchase especially with the price !!

I've had it for a day or so. But so far it physically looks good but the chargers provided with it doesn't work and it seems to die even when it's not dead.

First of all the phone didn't even come in a regular iPhone box 2nd of all two days of having the phone. The battery died once we put it on the charger. It went to 100 already as soon as we took it off the charger they died in it

Bought as a Christmas gift for a family member. The phone itself is slow, laggy, and has trouble registering someone pressing on the screen (ex: swiping, putting in a password, pressing different options during the set up). Can't even set up the phone without having trouble doing so. Wish I bought something else instead.

When I call somebody or someone calls me u can't not hear it's silent?? Not even buzzing noise put works when it's on speaker?? I just bought this phone and it did not list the speakers was broke ?? Please reach out as soon as possible!!
