Phone works as it should arrived on time in excellent condition operating system isn't what I hoped for the upgrade from that way that iPhone 8 works is very different but still an awesome phone no problems with it thus far except occasional freeze up but restating fix's that easily.

Promised phone calls and return emails are nonexistent and they expect you to return the phone with no option of exchange and wait on your money. And then purchase another phone and wait on it to ship all the wild going without a cellular device and they give you no options of accommodation or making up for their terrible products so they're selling nor do they return emails and tell me manner that way you can return the phone within a 30 day Bracket I'm assuming this is purposed so that you can't return it very very terrible company to purchase room

Every day my battery dies I charge it every night so every morning it's fully charged by 9 PM the batteries 5% or dead

Why be not truthful on your description when you said a phone is refurbished it's mean the screen is fine and the phone is looking good . But the phone you send to me where scratches all over and the screen. I returned the phones please refund me as soon possible

Two weeks and counting into the iPhone world and orientation to my new phone is going smoothly. All app are working fine. Update will be submitted in 90 days.

Got this refurbished iPhone 12 Pro set up after the Christmas flurry settled. It works great and the photos it takes are better than the iPhone X I'm replacing takes.

Bought iPhone 12 Pro described as “refurbished- like new” this was said on product description to mean among other things, Battery 80% or above, Phone arrived with battery 74%. With notification that the battery is severely degraded and should be replaced. Does the warranty cover battery replacement?

The battery was capable and the phone works flawlessly after a week now — very happy with my purchase. Appreciate the warranty — I don't know what kind of warranty it is and all that, but thus far this seller has earned my respect and my husband has short listed Kiss Electronics on Walmart online for future purchases.

it's what i expected some small ( like 4) scratches on the screen seen from like 8 inches away ,a nick in the corner of the device.( in the corner of chrome frame) $ Price out the door was 290 for a iphone 12 pro almost in new condition Compared to my last iPhone which was the XR this is a huge upgrade
