Phone came in Fedex 2 day shipping, No scratches at all, had no issues transferring my data from old iphone and battery came at 84%. I definitely recommend i was worried about the reviews but i had no problems!!

The phone came in excellent condition. It was as described. The only down part was the battery which was 80% but that’s not an issue for a refurbished. I would definitely recommend this seller. I'll go back cautious evacuate

Phone is in great physical shape, no scratches, no cracks, speakers work. (wanted to say that because a lot of the reviews people said there’s didn’t). Just one thing, it’s not unlocked. I can’t do anything with it unless I’m home with WiFi because it’s locked.

I couldn’t receive the exact phone which I have ordered %26 paid for.Actually, since this is not the same one I been paid for, can I get some consider on price down about it? I have paid for golden color I phone 12 pro but I got different color %26 all the functions and features I don’t know yet.

Completely disappointed with this purchase, I know it's refurbished but it has several scratches as deep as a crater. The charger only 5 minutes and then it did not work again. Battery at 83%. Very sad.

The item was listed as an excellent condition and I received an item that is like a fair condition. I am very angry because Christmas is here and I was getting it for my daughter. I contacted them to give me discount for the purchase and never heard back from them. I will be returning it. 😡

Returning soon. Screen is not a genuine Apple part. The phone’s exterior is immaculate but the phone parts have issues with software. Once on a wireless charger, the screen locks and starts moving on its own and overheats severely to the degree where it stops functioning temporarily until it cools down.
