Love the phone, looked brand new

Phone was as advertised. Had issue with Straighttalk about activation, but new sim card was the remedy. We're happy with our purchase from Vovoya.

The phone came in quick and flawlessly. There were few to no scratches, screen is in amazing condition as well as the function of the phone itself. It performs as if I bought it brand new! Thanks!

I got the phone and the signs of wear were minimal. I was under the impression this was fully refurbished and in good working order. The speakers are tinny and sound damaged not the stereo sound it is supposed to have.

The phone I originally bought, came in grey condition for a used phone. Then within the first week of having the phone (i babied it) the power button went on. So I called my local phone repair shop and they said it would be around 130 to fix it. If i wanted to spend that much I would have bought a brand new phone. So i go through customer service and it was an easy replacement. Well now the phone I got it replaced with needs speakers because no one can hear me on the phone, i've heard it myself. You cannot understand what i'm saying because the speakers sound muffled. I even tried cleaning them, nothing works. The battery has something wrong with it as well because i've had the replacement for about two weeks and the battery health has dropped tremendously. I am very unhappy.

Sometimea i experince slight lag the phone has 79% battery capacity and once i shut the phone off and it got stuck on the lock screen for 5 hours with it being unable to do anything it would vibrate and it still wouldnt do anything it i had to wait until it died to put to charge again this happened 3 more times .

Received the phone with the back of it broken, and the speaker doesn't work . I tried to make a phone call and had them on speaker and the other person on that end couldn't hear me . I've tried to contact my warranty support and they are refusing to help me. It got delivered aug 20th I picked this up yesterday because it was shipped to my parents house and because of that they are refusing to help. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Came with a bad battery

I thought by "refurbished" and a description stating like new meant just that / perhaps I don't know what refurbished means. Battery health is 81% so I need to replace battery and screen has two small cracks ☹️
