Refurbished IPhone 13 arrived well packaged and included charging block, cable, and SIM ejection tool. The phone had no noticeable damage or dents on the body and the screen had vey minimal scratches (3 tiny ones) that I noticed. The screen also came with a pre-applied screen protector. The phone was fully unlocked and I was able to get on the TMobile network with my existing SIM card. Battery health was at 89%. To be honest, I was expecting the phone to be in worse shape. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase.
This was my first refurbished electronic purchase. Needless to say, I was a little apprehensive. However, it turned out to be a great phone through a good seller. It came in as described, with just minor scratches on the outer shell. It was easy to set up with our existing cell service. I've been using it for 4 months now and have had no issues. Great deal all around for a used IPhone.
I have purchased refurbished phones for years here. And I will continue to do so. This is the first time I really wish I could return it and exchange it for another iPhone 13. It has so many glitches. It’s unbelievable. It glitches on 80% of my apps. It actually freezes on apps and I haven’t had that happen since my iPhone 5. I continually have to turn my phone off and on to get out of an app that has been frozen. I’m extremely disappointed that I’m stuck with a phone that works worse than the iPhone 11 that I have sitting in my drawer. I was also a little surprised that earbuds were not included, and I did purchase three phones, so I dropped quite a bit of money. But my philosophy is: It’s just a thing and no one is hurt so all is well.
I know this is a refurbished phone, however the description said it was in excellent condition. I think this is fair condition. Seems the phone was dropped several times with no protection. Still I do not know how is internally, but if I see any issue, I am Pretty sure I will return it. Seller, should be more honest of the condition of the products.
Hey, I was excited about my iPhone 13 and delivered guy took so long to deliver it. When I finally got my order, I opened the package..I was so disappointed what I saw. The phone looks someone has been using for the past year. The back of the Camara has scratched on it, and the iPhone charger looks nothing like normal iPhone charger. I’m return it and get my money back!!! I’m so sad and disappointed!!
I purchased this iPhone 13 based on the description, which claimed it was “like new,” but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. The phone arrived in terrible condition, with visible scratches and signs of impact all over the exterior. It’s clear that this device was not properly inspected or refurbished to meet a “like new” standard. To make matters worse, the speakers don’t even work properly. This renders many features—like taking calls on speakerphone or listening to media—basically useless. This purchase has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel misled. Be cautious if you’re considering buying from this seller or any refurbished listing that’s described in such glowing terms. The description simply did not match the product I received.
After charging to 2% i was assuming that I could do the info transfer. After that was successfully done the battery wend dead. I am reluctant to return it because of all my information which I can’t remove without battery power. The only satisfactory action on WALMART’s behalf would be to send me a replacement and I’ll take a hammer to this dud.
This phone was said to be in “Like New” condition but is covered in scratches and dings. Far more concerning, however, is that the battery life is at 77% when it was advertised as being above 80%. This product description was inaccurate and I would not have purchased this item if I had known its true condition. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this purchase due to obfuscation of its issues.
It's like the other review said, won't do it again. I returned my purchase the very next day. The generic description that it's in excellent condition is false. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. The phone looked like it was dropped many times with many deep scratches and dents. Even worse was that there are scratches around the camera. I take very good care of my phone so it came as a shock if that's "excellent" condition. I've bought phone from other sellers on Walmart and it really was in excellent condition. I'm very disappointed.
I didn't trust the 1 star reviews but I should've. Buying this was a waste of time, very scuffed up and arrived with a non-apple battery installed that the phone couldn't even detect. Just trust me, it isn't worth it unless you like the gamble. Probably much more likely to get a poor quality product than a good one.
