Restored Apple iPhone 13 - Fully Unlocked - 256 GB Product (Red) (Refurbished)

I ordered this phone for my husband who is 67 and his hearing is not so good so it wasn’t the right fit for him. It had some sound issues and It had some battery issues and I ask for a refund and the seller sent me a link to download return postage with fedex they received the phone and credited my account the next day. I would do business with them again.

Planned to purchase a refurbished IPhone 12, however for the price, I ordered a refurbished IPhone 13. It was compatible with my cell carrier and my old SIM card worked perfect (I research first to make sure the SIM card was also compatible). Have been using for almost 1 month, and for a refurbished phone, it works Perfect!

This Refurbished Iphone works well as normal. The only thing is some scratches on the screen. I know that it was used but to be more fare I think that should have some real photos of the products. This score 9/10 is not enough to truly see the condicions

After charging to 2% i was assuming that I could do the info transfer. After that was successfully done the battery wend dead. I am reluctant to return it because of all my information which I can’t remove without battery power. The only satisfactory action on WALMART’s behalf would be to send me a replacement and I’ll take a hammer to this dud.

It's like the other review said, won't do it again. I returned my purchase the very next day. The generic description that it's in excellent condition is false. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. The phone looked like it was dropped many times with many deep scratches and dents. Even worse was that there are scratches around the camera. I take very good care of my phone so it came as a shock if that's "excellent" condition. I've bought phone from other sellers on Walmart and it really was in excellent condition. I'm very disappointed.

Hey, I was excited about my iPhone 13 and delivered guy took so long to deliver it. When I finally got my order, I opened the package..I was so disappointed what I saw. The phone looks someone has been using for the past year. The back of the Camara has scratched on it, and the iPhone charger looks nothing like normal iPhone charger. I’m return it and get my money back!!! I’m so sad and disappointed!!

I didn't trust the 1 star reviews but I should've. Buying this was a waste of time, very scuffed up and arrived with a non-apple battery installed that the phone couldn't even detect. Just trust me, it isn't worth it unless you like the gamble. Probably much more likely to get a poor quality product than a good one.

This phone was said to be in “Like New” condition but is covered in scratches and dings. Far more concerning, however, is that the battery life is at 77% when it was advertised as being above 80%. This product description was inaccurate and I would not have purchased this item if I had known its true condition. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this purchase due to obfuscation of its issues.

I wish I could put zero. They never delivered my phone. They marked it delivered. Walmart won’t refund my money even though usps can’t explain to them where the package is and the sent no proof delivery anywhere. Walmart sent my to reebelo DO JOT BUY A OHONE FROM WALMART OR REEBELO THEY STOLE 347$ and won’t send me my phone or give me my money back. It’s been three weeks and still the refusal to send me my phone

Item was not true to description! The condition that was stated was not what i received. Item was poorly packaged too, My very first time purchasing a phone here thinking i would've gotten what was advertised, I was a bit hesitant due to the pricing but still went ahead.
