Restored Apple iPhone 13 Mini - AT&T - 128 GB Midnight (Refurbished)

Came quickly. Not as excellent as described, had a few scratches on screen, around sides and back but new Otterbox hides/covers them and battery was at 72% capability not the 80% stated. However, when I took to Best Buy to install new battery ($75) they broke screen and replaced for me! Other than that, everything good.

Arrived in good condition. Battery issues have always been a problem with Apple and updates, so we will see. The 18.2 update messed up my previous phone, which was fine until the update. And now after the newest update on this new refurbished phone the battery is reading the same max capacity being 78%.

I got the IPhone 13 mini in white for my daughter. Looks brand new, came with no scratches however the sim key did get stuck in the bag with the phone, scratching it. It charges nicely, and keeps a charge. I bought an apple charger box (used) & a better cable. The 1 that came with it fit tightly in the phone port, and eventually that could damage it. Overall, great purchase. Thanks!!!

Exactly as described. Came in good packaging. 84% battery life unfortunately but that is to be expected

The phone was in good condition. No visible scratches. However, the battery wasn't at 80% as advertised it was at 70% and does hold a charge long

Phone arrived in condition expected. However, upon adding it to my Apple Acct was notified the Battery and Display needed : Restart & Finish Repair. Have attempted this twice and have not been successful at resolving this. Have sent a message asking for a solution. Hope to get a response offering how to remedy or will be returning the phone. I have purchased from you before without issues and hope to find an agreeable resolution with the least amount of frustration and delay on this purchase. Refund, return or send a replacement.

My phone came with a camera that does not work, I took it to apple to see if they can fix it and they can but it will be around $200. I'm not willing to pay this seeing as it's almost the amount I spent on the phone. I'm unpleasantly surprised because I do take a lot of pictures on my phone and use the camera a lot. Sadly I was unable to contact customer service because it was on a Saturday. I will contact on Monday with the hopes of being able to get my phone fixed or traded out to resolve this issue:( these are pictures I took with my phone:

Seller's description says ATT as carrier, went to multiple stores and ATT, phone is locked to another carrier. Inaccurate description given. Phone was supposed to replace my other ATT business phone however, I have to now order another phone after waiting for delivering of this phone. Do not buy from this merchant, their description is not accurate.

Product was described in condition: “Like new” cosmetic flaws were expected but not as much as received. Screen speaker is bent along with top of frame edge also scratched up with blue colored stain on white portion of frame. Dirt and grime around the cameras edge and grime in the silent mode switch. Also scratches on screen. The product was advertised in condition “like new” and was not received at that standard.
