iPhone 13 pro max
Great seller, the phone was practically new with a replaced battery as well. The physical condition was also very well kept. I got the baby blue color one, probably one of the best colors that apple used to make.

To much money for refurbished
Very scratched up on the screen and now I can't here thru the ear piece nor can people here me unless I put it on speaker . Not what I was hoping for paying $400.00.

phone not completely set to factory reset
very disappointing phone is more trouble than its worth. they said it was set to factory reset but not true. i couldn't get past Previous owners information so I could not set the phone up on my own account.
