Phone arrived sooner than expected I set up immediately as my prior phone was outdated so far extremely happy. Reasonable priced much better than paying full price or for 36 months.

Great deal on a iPhone came in used condition I'm concerned with the lack of packaging control phone was loose in box no foam or bubbly foam etc.. it is a great deal product lucky it came not damage! Be careful with future packages especially during the busy season. Too many mailers rushing and drop boxes fast. Just add a layer of protection to the product.

Description said minor scratches invisible from 8-12 inches but there are obvious scratches on screen, camera, and charging port. The scratches on the camera are pretty much chips their so big. The battery health is terrible and they say it can be “like new” condition if it's above 80%. Well they barely squeaked by with the battery health at 81%. Does not feel like an upgrade from my old phone (iPhone 11). There should at least be pictures of the damage beforehand. Not quite worth $300 yet (was $600!!!). Wouldn't recommend seller due to it feeling like they met the bare minimum requirements for condition listing, and took advantage of that so they could milk the price up.

My “new” refurbished iPhone has given me great Joy. It works great. Cosmetically, it just has some extremely minor scuff marks on one corner of the frame perimeter, and you can't see it unless you look real hard. The important thing is that it functions just like a brand new phone. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to save some money to not hesitate to purchase a refurbished iPhone.

I was a little skeptical at first when I looked at the reviews but it is the best phone I've had! There was only a few micro scratches but you can't even notice them unless the phone is off and just a tiny scuff on the bottom but it's not even noticeable. Great product and I recommend it!

I am a happy man right now because you guys have given me more than I ever expected. I saw a box but what was inside I didn't expect. It was small but what was inside was wonderful. I'm an older man so it is going to take me a while to learn how to use the new iPhone 14. I will admit I am in love with what I see and have.

After receiving the phone it looked in really good condition. However when trying to add a screen protector to the phone. The screen protectors will not fully adhere to the phone screen. The phone seems to be slightly bent which is preventing the screen protector from sitting properly. Always has air bubbles on the left no matter how many times you try to install in. Professional or not.
