My son was excited for his new iPhone!

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 that was listed as partially new, and overall I'm really happy with it. The phone arrived in great condition with only very minor signs that it had been previously opened or handled. The screen and body look almost brand new, and everything functions exactly as it should. Performance-wise, the iPhone 14 is fast and smooth. Apps open quickly, the camera quality is excellent, and the battery life has been solid so far. It feels just like a new phone in everyday use. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because it wasn't completely factory-sealed, but that was expected based on the description. For the price and condition, it was definitely worth it. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to save money while still getting a high-quality iPhone that feels nearly new.

My “new” refurbished iPhone has given me great Joy. It works great. Cosmetically, it just has some extremely minor scuff marks on one corner of the frame perimeter, and you can't see it unless you look real hard. The important thing is that it functions just like a brand new phone. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to save some money to not hesitate to purchase a refurbished iPhone.

Great deal on a iPhone came in used condition I'm concerned with the lack of packaging control phone was loose in box no foam or bubbly foam etc.. it is a great deal product lucky it came not damage! Be careful with future packages especially during the busy season. Too many mailers rushing and drop boxes fast. Just add a layer of protection to the product.

The back of the phone and the screen glass has slight scratches on it. Some parts of the metal bezel were gashed and scratched from drops I'm guessing. Slight camera glass chipping on edges. But all are very minor appearance flaws. The performance is very smooth and all seems to be working correctly.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. The only reason I am giving this review four stars is because I ordered the phone and received one two days later that was in poor condition. I contacted customer support and they were very friendly and helpful, but long story short I had to send the phone back to get a new one. All in all, it added a week to the time that it took me to get the phone I ordered. I appreciate the customer service and that they made things right, but I wish I wasn't sent a product that was in worse condition than anticipated in the first place.

I thought that all screens were to be free of any noticeable defects and that all cosmetic damage was to other parts of phone. I have a deep 1 inch scratch or worse, broken screen. Once seen you can't unsee it. It catches and stops my thumbnail. Maybe I expected to much.

The worst ever i order the phone on 2/26/25 and is 3/12/25 and Walmart still ain't give my refund of $336 when I went to connect the phone I couldn't cause it was reported stolen Walmart buying things from 3rd party and selling it to us without checking then when I called today they said I never returned it which I did on 3/1/25 in the nj location cause I leave in the Bronx I had to call the store for them to run the camera and see me returning the phone I m so mad and I still don't have my refund and the fact that I had to call the store so sad

Phone was BLACK LISTED according to ATT. I hired a company to install my old phone to my new phone, and the new phone would not go off SOS so he called ATT. They told him then that the phone was black listed meaning it was either stolen or not paid for.

The products were a scam. Worst quality ever, the devices were with aftermarket parts and blacklisted devices. The Walmart return process is equally horrible, despite endless promises by Walmart to get resolution it is taking them forever to get my money back.
