Device arrived in a generic box in mint condition without a scratch on it even the screen was in perfect condition w/o a scratch on it. So happy with my purchase and definitely would buy refurbished again! Kudos from the Sellers!

I originally thought this phone was too good to be true. This phone was a perfect fit for me. It arrived in perfect NEW condition. I would have loved the original box, but it came in very secure packaging. There are no defects to the phone I received. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing, so I can confidently say this authentic iPhone will last me years to come! Highly recommend!

This phone doesn’t hold your SIM card it’s done electronically with your phone number but we haven’t had any issues once we figured that part out. My son loves his new phone. Phone has very minor wear and tear but nothing major, for being a refurbished phone it was in great condition.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 refurbished. It’s a perfect phone in all ways and a battery life of 94%, wow! The installation was easy including changing to eSIM with my carrier. All automatic with fast install. You will have to verify your identity with some apps that have end to end encryption. It’s working perfectly .

Item arrived fast. However, all four corners of the phone and the cameras were banged up very badly. the screen had scratches as well. Per defined by the listing "like new" says item shall have minor to no imperfections and if it has a screen shall not have any scratches. Not how I expected the Iphone 15 to come. Buyer beware!

Probably one of the first ever reviews I have ever made and for good reason. I paid upwards of around 640 for this and it came in a condition I wouldn't necessarily call "new". I would of made a review sooner but I went on vacation before I could use this phone so it took me some time to make one properly. Once I got home I opened the package, and for my own sanity and the previous reviews about this product, I felt the need to record myself opening this package as some kind of "quality assurance". In short, the phone came banged up, not even in apple packaging, it came in some knock off box and not even an apple charger brick, but some knock off one. Corners were chipped and the backplate wasn't even attached properly. Scratch marks on the camera and screen, and what really told me that I needed to return this was that something was rattling inside when I shook it. I mean, for something that says "Refurbished" "Like-New" My first impression would be a few scratches here and there but not what I was given. I returned this package as soon as possible so I didn't get the time to take some pictures, but in the end.. They do give you a phone- Just not the one you need. Wouldn't recommend.

I purchased this phone for $659.00 on Dec 7th 2024. On May 9th 2025 the phone was put on a blacklist saying it was reported stolen. Our cell phone carrier couldn’t help me because the IMEI %23 was on a blacklist and it would automatically turn the phone off. I contacted Walmart and they pretty much told me we had to Go through Kiss Electronics which is who the phone came from. It took 3 weeks today for me to get another replacement phone from Kiss electronics. So buyers beware that Walmart can sell you a stolen phone!!!!

Absolutely awful experience. This seller is an absolute horror and they never even shipped my device that I payed 800 dollars for. Stay away 0/10 would never ever recommend.

After receiving this my order, I wasn't able to set up the device it was stuck on the hello screen. reach out to seller and they were able to respond within 24 hours. After trying a reboot/ reset I figured the best option would be a I Phone repair shop, so the repair shop had to connect it to a computer and reset the device. Right after seller responded with would you like to send it back for a full refund. So, I told them I had already had it repaired by an I phone repair shop, and it cost me $100 so they could just do a partial refund for the $100. and they refused. they should have suggested a full refund at the beginning instead of asking me to try to do the resetting.
