Great phone. Just like new and performance is awesome.

Smart and Intuitive - setup was quick and easy, condition excellent! Phone came with c-type charging cable. Doubled my capacity from old iPhone 8 that is not supported by iOS 17 with “no questions asked” two year warranty on parts and labor for $700. Great upgrade. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Just a tiny scratches around the camera part but it's not affecting it, plus it's refurbished. So im satisfied? I got the iPhone 16 black

I was a little disappointed in the amount of scratches on the front screen, there are quite a few. Also, when trying to set up the included warranty, iPhone 16 Pro max is not an option. Overall, the phone works well. Happy with the purchase.

The glass on the phone was pretty scratched up. Processing speed doesn't seem any quicker than the previous iPhone 12. A little disappointing.

I purchased the iPhone 16 and almost returned it immediately. The screen had multiple deep scratches upon arrival. I would like for someone to reach out in order to get the phone screen replaced. I have looked over the other considerable deep scatches in the edges around screen.

For the price I wouldn't say this phone should be rated excellent as stated when I purchased it online. Dirty, scratched, and definitely not in the condition of “excellent.” Good at best but I would say more like fair condition and should have been less expensive

I paid almost $400 for an iPhone that said it was in excellent condition and the one that was sent to me was trashed. The screen was so scratched up and there are huge gashes in the side. This phone was obviously dropped and slammed into things a large number of times. I was so excited to buy this phone and when I unboxed it and seen the condition of the phone for how much I paid… I am super not happy. This is just bad business period. If I could give negative starts this would be the time.
