Everything appears to be working fine with the phone. No problems.
The product arrived in a timely manner. The phone was purchased because it was unlocked, but the phone can not be activated with my current carrier due to a defect with the phone. I am aware that I bought the product "as is," I would not recommend this particular company to anyone else.

VERY VERY VERY VERY bad online shopping experience Would never recommend anything from Quick Wireless EVER. Bottom line is the "Refurbished Apple iPhone 5s 16 GB Smartphone (Unlocked)" phone didn't work with my carrier . They charged insisted on charging me a 20% of item total restocking fee as well. They did not send charger and earplugs . This is horrible how can you deliver the phone without charger and earphone. This is very very very horrible experience with WALMART ONBLINE
The Walmart website said this is a veriOn phone. When we called Verizon and gave them the ones number, it is not a Verizon phone. Took it to Walmart, no help at all. They had no idea which phone carrier to use. Will be returning it, it's not a good buy. Walmart, shame on you for selling a phone that no-one at the stores know nothing about.
