This was for a Xmas present and the item was marked delivered but I never received it. And I'm trying to get in touch with the seller to see if they will make it right and there is only options for returns and not for refunds or store credit, the problem being that I have NO item to return… would not suggest buying this,

It will not let me activate it because it didn't come with the sims card for the phone!

Phone doesn't work, hardware issues!

This is absolutely awful. There is no charger or the usb that was promised. The phone had over 20 scratches on it, including scratches on the camera, and wasn't even sent in the actual iPhone box. I was far beyond disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. Even worse, it's very hard to contact the manufacturer and make a return, there is no way I will be losing almost 400 dollars on this item. My young teenage daughter purchased this with money that she worked very hard for to earn, I was livid to see how disappointed she was.
