Very happy with the purchase. Battery was 87% which was well above the promised 80% . All functions worked. Transfer from the old iphone took a few minutes with the wireless direct option.

I got the phone, fast delivering. it came on and it works great with my wifi networking system, overall the phone had no scratches and its fast and not broken.. also easily to setup, thankfully this wasn't a scam of some sort cause i was skeptical at first but i just gotta trust my gut with it and boom it was legit. overall the phone is great and i'm satisfied with my order placement, i defiantly recommend everyone whos looking for a cheap phone to get this.

So I was scared to purchase this. I got this for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas. When I got it, it was shipped in a plastic bag mailer which was disappointing because it could have been damaged pretty easily but thankfully wasn't. When I opened it to make sure there was no damage i saw that it didn't come in an apple box, which was ok since I knew it was a refurbished phone. It also came with a very short charger (chord was like 5 inches long) so I had to buy a different one. There were obvious wear and tear signs on the back of the phone like scratches and even dirt/gunk around the back camera area where the previous owner had its phone case. But I knew these things were a possibility when I purchased it. The descriptions are very clear on the website. The phone itself works very well and was able to get turned on with my daughter's carrier (boost mobile). It did not come with a sim card though. I would purchase from this company if I need to. I would also recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable seller. I can't comment on customer service because I didn't need to reach out to them. Shipping was very fast the only complaint I have is what it was shipped in. They could have shipped it in a box with lots if paper and bubble wrap to ensure a safe delivery but it wasn't damaged so I can't complain too much on that.
