Came with power cord and charging block there was a little scratch on the screen but there was a screen protector that came on it

Excellent phone! Near perfect screen glass, but otherwise the rest of the glass and entire outside, front, back, camera are in excellent, excellent condition! Excellent speaker! No crud or dust. Camera Excellent. Phone exceeded my expectations in every aspect!

The phone came with a little scratch on the back of the phone other than that works great

Ordered a red and black phone (meaning I paid more for a red one, at least at the time of order) and was sent a white one. Was a gift for my nephew who was excited for it to be red. Shipping label states red as well. Just disappointed. Also seems to get hot pretty quickly.

I like the phone itself, but the battery is total crap. I have had this phone for less than a month and the battery already is asking for service and is heavily degraded! It needs charging all the time and that was from the first week using it. This is just unacceptable even for a refurbished phone.

The iPhone has static and when I on the phone. There is nothing heard. So the microphone works sometimes.

The "like new" description is inaccurate. The battery in the phone I received is degraded and doesn't keep a charge for more than a couple of hours. In only the second week of having the phone, I experienced two power failures, with the phone now warning me that I need a new battery. I would return if it wasn't so inconvenient and will just have to get the battery replaced on my own expense .Look for a refurbished phone elsewhere.

This phone was defective. Shocked me each time I pressed the home button.

The iPhone 8 Plus has been glitching every since I got it.
