If you do not want to use Verizon as your cell phone service provider be sure to PULL THE SIM CARD OUT BEFORE TURNING ON THE PHONE. My son did not heed my warning and thought it would be ok to start to set up the phone. IT IS NOT OK. Now he as to stay with Verizon for at least 60 days. Then he will switch to Visible which uses Verizon towers but at a fraction of the cost on a prepaid plan.

The phone to phone transfer of data did not go well. I had to run backup on old phone and then transfer data to new phone. Otherwise all went well and phone is performing great!

Needed to upgrade from 3G phone and this phone was reasonably priced. I only use the phone for making calls and it works perfect for that.

Even though it came in with a degraded battery, the product is still very good for the price that I got it.

Not a huge fan of this little phone. Phone gets warm when in use, battery life is short and to me, it's not user friendly like the android phones. I will try to give it another month and if feelings for it are the same, it'll probably go back.

I would give no stars if possible. The phone was supposed to be unlocked. it came locked to Verizon. I don't use Verizon.

it is Good for 1st insert Sim card unlocked, but if i changed to 2nd sim card then it is locked again,!!!
