Restored Apple iPhone X 256GB, Silver Locked Straight Talk/TracFone (Refurbished)

Phones arrived on expected delivery date and arrived in excellent condition. Very few scratches on the screen as described in details. (Will use screen protector covers). I bought 2 of the same phones for my daughters one has printed info on the back the other doesn't ? Dk what that's about but they absolutely love them! Was skeptical due to seller having bad reviews but I guess I lucked up. Thanks. Their Christmas is complete.

This phone arrives without any background information, SIM card, reference material or phone number. IT IS REFURBISHED FOR WHAT PURPOSE? I purchased it as a tool, for assistance. As delivered it cannot be used!

I don't like it takes so long to get to me when it completely bypassed me from port Wentworth back to atlanta there was no storm so it shouldn't be a 3 day delay

The phone looked like it was brand new but the voice mail that I got would not play it would just text me a message and I found out sometimes it would just not work.

If I could give it a o I would I coiuldnt use the phone a alll wouldn't get past trying to update after spending the time setting up the phone it locks up won't update then starts has you clean the phone and start over because it locks up then you send it back and they don't answer any questions about why your refund is delayed

This was the first 'refurbished' item I've ever received that was in 'poor/used' quality. This phone arrived and looked as if it were found on the street and thrown into a box. Scratches all over the device, one extreme scratch that affected the screen image and in general, just a bad condition. I thought of asking for a replacement, but I did not feel hopeful another unit would be in any better condition. Seller: Refurbished is not the same as 'used', and if it had been titled as 'used' I would not have even bothered purchasing.

This was my grand daughter's first phone. She was so excited about it and it never worked. First she could not use the speaker phone portion, a couple days later the whole phone shut down. Could not return to Walmart. Had to pack up and return to seller in California. Still waiting on refund. I would never purchase from this seller again.

Only had the phone for a little over 2 months and it consistently mists shuts off for no valid reason. Sometimes it completely shuts down 3 times while attempting to have a phone conversation! Many times it will get stuck on the Apple start up icon and do absolutely nothing. Such a horrible disappointment when spending so much money on a phone. I have no idea how to get any support or resolution to this irritating issue. Would not recommend to anyone.

I didn't get to receive this item. I messaged the seller since the order looked like it was still stuck. I come to find out I already PAID for an item that was sold out and that is why it wasn't shipped. I only know that because I had to reach out to the seller. Horrible customer service and communication on their end. Will never buy from them again. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Please think twice before ordering with these people. The price may look nice but you won't get anything on what you paid for.
